Dorothy Ann “Dottie” Arck, age 86, of Mason, Ohio, formerly of Mt. Vernon, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 16, 2025 at The Christian Village at Mason. She is now at peace in her eternal home.

Dottie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Leo and Emma Lavada Nethers; her husband of 39 years, Robert Gregory “Greg” Arck, Sr.; grandson Christopher Arck; brother Donald (Karen) Nethers; and special friend Will Aebi.

Survivors include her children Greg Arck, Jr. (Rochelle), Jackie Horning (John), Renee McCann (Dave), Phil Arck (Margy). She was a loving grandmother to Courtney, Casey, Andrew, Alli, Jared, Nick, Stephanie, Mandy, Zach and Alex and many great-grandchildren.

Dottie was a homemaker with a green thumb who enjoyed gardening, baking, and caring for her family. Over the years she also served with a smile in administrative, customer service and receptionist capacities working in medical offices and retail. She found strength for living from the Bible and her faith in God.

A private internment will take place at Memorial Gardens in Mt. Vernon, Ohio with a Celebration of Life for family later.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Christian Village at Mason for the excellent and compassionate care Dottie received for over seven years.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may made to the Christian Village at Mason Benevolent Fund or the donor’s charity of choice.
