Dorothy Sue Bishop, age 75, lost her battle with cancer on Saturday, October 28th, 2023 at NHC Heartland with her daughter and life long family friend by her side. She married Holly Lee (Red) Grammer and had 2 kids. One son, Holley Lee (Butch) Grammer the third, and one daughter, Alison Dawn Grammer.
She was a grandmother to Chase Riley Walton and great grandmother to Cameron Walton and Briley Walton.
She was the head dietary cook at Dickson County Nursing home for 18 years. She never met a stranger and was always so happy and cheerful!
Dorothy is preceded in death by her mother, father, sister (Charlotte Dougan), husband, and son. She is survived by her sister, Pam Gellette, daughter, Alison Grammer, and grandchildren, Chase Walton, Cameron Walton, and Briley Walton.
