Dorothy Embler Obituary
Dorothy Ann Mabrey Embler, 88, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Saphire Ridge of Brevard.
A native of New York, she resided in Asheville most of her life. She was the daughter of the late George Mabrey and Dorcas Anders Mabrey, and wife of the late William Crawford Embler.
Surviving are her children: Elaine Embler and companion Steve Hill, and Douglas Embler and wife Tina; and grandson, Hunter Embler.
No services are planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org
Anders-Rice Funeral and Cremation Center is honored to serve the Embler family.
