Dorothy McGraw Kleinschmit, 90 of Woodbury, GA died Sunday, September 28, 2025, at her home in Woodbury, GA.

Mrs. Kleinschmit was born February 15, 1935, in LaGrange, GA, the daughter of Robert and Willie Mae Murphy McGraw. She was a retired bank teller for CB&T in Warm Springs, GA. She was a former member of Elkins Creek Baptist Church and current member of Salem Baptist Church in Warm Springs, GA. Mrs. Kleinschmit loved cooking, sewing and crocheting. She loved to be social with her family and friends. She was described at times as being flamboyant in her style and personality. She was preceded in death by both her parents, husband Donald M. Kleinschmit, son David Kleinschmit, and brothers Samuel McGraw and Ray McGraw.

She is survived by her children Pamela (John) Harlan of Cusseta, GA, Michael (Olga) Kleinschmit of San Antonio, TX, Karen (Jeff) Matthews of Concord, GA, daughter-in-law Cathy Kleinschmit (Brian) Wardlaw of Woodland, GA, her siblings Cecil (Benning "Sissy") McGraw of Vienna, GA, Janice Anthony of Woodbury, GA, Brenda McGraw of Pine Mountain, GA, Glenn (Beckie) McGraw of Woodbury, GA, Ann McGraw of Warm Springs, GA along with 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Kleinschmit will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the chapel of Cox Funeral Home, Manchester, GA with Pastor Jimmy Wright and Dr. Ken Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow in the Meriwether Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Cox Funeral Home.

The Kleinschmit family is being assisted by Cox Funeral Home, Manchester, GA. The family requests that you please sign the online registry and leave condolences on the tribute wall page.
