Dorothy M. Krummert, age 88, formerly of Bellevue, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024.
Born December 22, 1935 and raised in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Diley and Ruth (Wall) Diley.
Dorothy was a former parishioner of The Church of the Assumption-Regina Coeli Parish in Bellevue and St. Gregory R.C. Church-Divine Grace Parish in Zelienople. She served on the PTO for Jackson School in Bellevue.
Dorothy was a creative crafter who enjoyed sewing and making candy. She also enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and eating her favorite sweet treat, an ice cream sundae. She loved going on vacation and going to the casinos with her late husband, Don. Above all, she was a loving mom, grandma, and great-grandma, who cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchild. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
She is survived by her children, Teresa (Norman), Lawrence (Karen), Raymond (Eileen), and James (Alicia); 10 grandchildren, Norm Jr., Fawn, Christian, Garrett, Gabrielle, Jacob, Benjamin, Nathan, Olivia and Elena, and one great-grandson, Greyer.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Krummert, who passed away on February 14, 2022; and her siblings, Milton Diley and Ellen Sobon.
Friends will be received 5-8 P.M. on Monday, August 12, 2024 at Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home and Cremation Svcs., Inc., 130 Wisconsin Ave./PO Box 2155, Cranberry Twp., PA 16066.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church-Divine Grace Parish, 2535 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066. (Friends please meet at church)
She will be laid to rest privately at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in Zelienople.
