She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl Romer; and one brother, James Atkins.
Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Johnston of Eudora, AR, Crystal (Raymond) Ford of McDonough, GA, Jamie Edwards of Eudora, AR, Angela (Andrew) Hamilton of Katy, TX, and Brenda Romer of Hamburg, AR; one son, Paul Romer; one brother, Oscar (Bo) Atkins of Eudora, AR, her granddaughters, Brittany, Kristin, Lauren, Rebekah, Mikayla, Maddison, Destiny, and Taylor; grandsons, John, Blake, and Andrew; 18 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service will be at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Bishop-King Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery under the direction of Bishop-King Funeral Home.
