Dorothy J. Seitz

Dorothy Jean Seitz, age 86, of Saline, Michigan passed away peacefully, at home, on Sunday, April 14, 2024 with her family by her side. Dorothy was born January 26, 1938 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to the late LaVerne F. Fauser and Hermione M. (Lau). She was a 1957 graduate of Lincoln High School. On June 28, 1958 she married Richard C. Seitz in Milan, Michigan and he survives. Dorothy is also survived by her two children, Mark R. Seitz (Julie) of Saline, and Sandra J. Fink of Tecumseh. Other survivors include her granddaughter Rochelle Fink, two great-granddaughters, two sisters Pat Burd, and Marge Draper and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were two brothers William Fauser and Michael Fauser. She enjoyed spending time with her family, meeting people and making new friends, travel, writing poems, and antiquing. She was also a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Tecumseh. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
