Dorothy was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose legacy of love and care will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
She was welcomed into heaven by her parents, Virginia, and George Orndorff; her brothers, Samuel, and Harvey Orndorff; her first husband, Jesse Sisk Sr.; her second husband, Paul Snyder; and her beloved sons, Jesse Sisk Jr. and Paul Allen Snyder.
She leaves behind cherished memories with her daughter, Penny Walker; her grandchildren, Desirea Parkinson, Jorrell Skipper, Laniece Smith, Sean Walker Jr., Zion Walker, Alisa Lefever, Tristan Snyder, Jaxton Snyder, and Autumn Snyder; and her great-grandchildren, Willie Mae, Maddox, and many more who were blessed by her love.
Dorothy is also survived by her brothers, George Lee Orndorff, Eddie Orndorff, and John Orndorff, who will continue to honor her lite and legacy.
Known for her kind heart, strong spirit, and unwavering love for her family, Dorothy will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Her life was a testament to the power of family, faith, and resilience.
Her family will receive friends Friday, August 29, 2025, at Shenandoah Memorial Park's Mausoleum Chapel from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with pastor Dave Kessel officiating. Entombment will take place at Shenandoah Memorial Park following her service.
