Dorothy Jean Williams, age 90, of Bremen, passed away on August 15, 2025, at a local healthcare facility. She was born on May 24, 1935, in Bremen, the daughter of the late J.P. Abercrombie and Vesta Estelle Brooks Wilkerson.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by sisters, Joe McColm and Shirley Deering and a brother, Milton Wilkerson.

She worked in Quality Control at the Arrow Company, Bremen, Buchanan and Cedartown. Dot was a member of Waco Baptist Church and later joined Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Carlton Finch; children, Jonny Wilson (Renee) of Bremen and Jeanne Tuggle (Larry) of Bremen; step-children, Marty Finch and Melanie Walter (Tod); five grandchildren, Terie Dukes (Jim), Carly Byers (Luke), Lyndsey Bannister (Ryan), Jonathan Wilson (Erynne) and Jordy Wilson (Lindsey); 11 great-grandchildren, Zach Roberts, Jesse Roberts (Lauren), Lacie Fulbright,(Taylor), JohnThomas Dukes (KolbeyAnn), Hutton Byers, Brylee Byers, Mari Lyn Wilson, Maddox Wilson, Marlee Wilson, Walker Wilson and Rynlee Wilson: two great-great grandchildren, Gaines Roberts and Ellie Roberts; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August, 21, 2025 between the hours of 1 & 3 pm.

Funeral services will follow at 3 pm from the Chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Dr. J. Howard Mills officiating. Ryan Dobson, Daniel McIntosh, Kyle Parker, Michael Liner, Seymorus Saunders, Tyler Sprayberry and Josh Painter will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will follow in Indian Creek Cemetery.
