Dottie Kay Gray, 68, of Hinton went home to be with the Lord Saturday, February 21, 2026 at her home following a long illness.
Born July 26, 1957 in Hinton she was a daughter of the late Arnold E. and Rosie V. Adkins Gill.
Dottie was a homemaker and a home health provider. She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Dottie was preceded in death by one son, Christopher K. Gray and seven siblings, Eugene Gill, Hubert Gill, Janice Fox, Donnie Gill, Van Gill, Buzzy Gill and Billy Gill.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 48 years, Curtis K. Gray; one son, Anthony K. Gray and companion Amy Browning; five siblings, Bernice Hartwell, Bonnie McGuire, Sherry White and husband Timmy, Wanda Fargo and husband Dale and Johnny Gill and wife Tammy and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 12:00 P.M. Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in the Fox Cemetery at Brooks. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until time of services on Thursday at the funeral parlors.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Gray, James Oxley, John Smith, Gary Gill, James “Chester” Cales, Kevin Wills, Bobby Wills, Josh Miller and Cory Miller.
