Doug Westwood

Douglas M. Westwood Sr, age 92, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025. He was born to the late Frank and Barbara Westwood in Merchantville NJ on August 6, 1933. Doug or Sonny as many knew him, served in the Army with distinction during the Korean War from October 1953 to September 1955. Doug was a lithographer by trade having worked in the field for over 40 years. He was an avid hunter, skilled mechanic and craftsman. Through his many interests and over the years he formed many lifelong friendships. Doug loved his family and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother who will be deeply missed.
Douglas is predeceased by his parents Frank and Barbara, his wife Marilou, son Douglas, Jr. (Tricia Hunt) and sister Gloria M. Linton.
He is survived by his daughters Deborahann Westwood, Diana Gotthold (Matthew), and Dorothea Connolly (James); grandchildren Victoria Kostur (Christopher) Christina Browne (Steven) and Justin Gotthold, sister-in-law Phyllis Wilson and nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home and will be held privately.
