Born on November 6, 1949, in the vibrant town of Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico, Norberto's journey through life was one of joy, intelligence, and unwavering faith. He passed away peacefully on October 6, 2025, in Sicklerville, New Jersey, surrounded by the love of his family.
Norberto's life was a testament to the power of humor and affection. He was a beacon of light in the lives of his daughters, Jessica Delvalle and her husband Miguel, Kathleen Torres, and Edith Torres. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren, Christopher Rivera, Victoria Nieves, Mariah Delvalle, Samuel Colon, Desean Williams, Emani Williams, Lanse Merrill, Andrew Merrill, and Jeremias Merrill, as well as his adored great-grandchildren, Paris, Leon, Elias, Remari, Jonah, and Legacy. The joy he found in playing with his great-grandson Leon was a source of endless happiness.
Norberto's journey was marked by the love of his late parents, Josefa Guzman and Alejandro Torres, who instilled in him the values of faith and family that he carried throughout his life. His Christian beliefs were the cornerstone of his existence, guiding him in every decision and fostering a community of love and support around him.
An avid lover of the outdoors, Norberto found solace in the simple pleasures of life. Whether it was riding his bike through the neighborhood, walking along the trails, or listening to his favorite songs, he embraced every moment with enthusiasm. Those who knew Norberto will remember him as a man of intelligence, quick to share a joke or a funny story, and always ready to offer a loving embrace or a word of encouragement.

Funeral services Viewing will be held on Friday October 24, 2025 6:00pm-7:30pm and service will be 7:30pm-8:00pm at the Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home located at 2426 Cove Rd, Pennsauken NJ 08109.
