Douglas was born August 25, 1959 in Winchester, son of the late, William "Bill" Presgraves and Sylvia Lorraine Willingham Presgraves. Douglas worked at Trowbridge Steel Company in Sterling, VA for 43 years. He was a hard-working man, but he also enjoyed the occasional ride on his Harley.
Douglas married Lisa Lee Hambleton Cleveland, February 14, 1992 in Winchester.
Along with his wife he is survived by his sons, Douglas William Cleveland, III and Richard Lee Cleveland, both of Winchester; his brother, David Cleveland and his wife Donna of Winchester; two grandchildren and a nephew, William Cleveland.
Services will be private.
