Douglas "Scott" Wilson

Ticonderoga, New York

Douglas "Scott" Wilson, 60, of Ticonderoga, New York, passed away peacefully early Saturday morning, Oct. 22, 2022, with his family by his side.

Scott attended Sandusky and Perkins High School and grew up in Sandusky. Scott was a excellent painter and wallpaper hanger for many years mostly working beside his father, Bob Wilson.

Scott made Ticonderoga, New York his home in his later years. Scott loved Ticonderoga and Adirondack Mountains where he lived for 22 years with his spouse, Anne Brannock, whom he is survived by. His most trusted friend and companion who was by his side every minute of everyday, his dog, Teddy.

Scott is also survived by his former wife, Rose James, and their son, Kyle Wilson of Sandusky. He is also survived by his stepson, Joe Ring, and his wife, April, also of Sandusky; stepson, Adam Pond, and his wife, Diana, of Nazareth, Pennsylvania; stepdaughter, Nicole Tillman, and her husband, Nicholas, of Westfield, Massachusetts; and two grandsons, that he adored Ayden Pond, 11, and Korben Tillman, 3. Scott is also survived by two sisters, Michele Jones of St. Charles, Missouri, and Regina Ayers of Sandusky.

Scott was preceded in death by his brother, Randal L. Wilson Sr.; and his father, Robert L. Wilson.

To honor Scott's wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service. Donations in his memory may be made to Chordoma Foundation, PO Box 2127, Durham, North Carolina, 27702.
