Dr. Thomas B. Fennell, Jr., 50, of New Kensington, passed away peacefully at his brother’s home in Lower Burrell on Friday, January 3, 2025 surrounded by his family. He was born April 10, 1974 in Harrison Township, son of Thomas B. and Nancy J. (Marken) Fennell Sr., of New Kensington. Thomas grew up in Natrona Heights and was of the Catholic Faith. He owned and operated Highland Chiropractic in Natrona Heights and Health Land Chiropractic in Sarver. He was a 1992 graduate of Highlands High School and Life College in Atlanta, GA where he earned his chiropractic license. Thomas was an animal lover, and enjoyed his dogs. Thomas especially loved spending time with his family.
Besides his parents he is survived by a brother Scott L. Fennell and Chrissy Hensley, of Lower Burrell; nephew Scott L. Fennell, Jr. and nieces Ellie R. and Karcy M. Fennell.
