Drew Jones

Drew Jones, age 52, passed away on December 13, 2025, peacefully at a hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Drew was born in Lubbock, TX on March 19, 1973. He graduated from Monterey High School in 1991. He started college when he was 30 years old. He graduated from The University Of Texas in Dallas in 2006. He received a BBA Finance Degree. He lived in Plano, TX the last 25 years.

His first love was sports, playing many years of baseball, basketball, and soccer in Lubbock. Drew only needed one channel on his television, ESPN.

Drew was known by everyone as a quiet, kind, and caring individual. He truly believed in the Golden Rule. Drew is survived by his Mom, Donna Jones; his Dad, Don Jones; and two sisters, Kim Schoppa and her husband, Hans; and Amy Kraus and her husband, Nathan. Drew had 5 nephews: Will, Ethan, Adam, Caleb, and Asher; and his Aunt and Uncle, Mike and Pam Weeks.

The viewing will be at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 740 South Edmonds Lane, Lewisville, TX on Thursday, December 18th, from 11:00am to 5:00pm.

Drew's funeral will be on December 19, 2025, at 11:00am, at RockPointe Church located at 4503 Cross Timbers Road, Flower Mound, TX 75028.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to The Men Of Nehemiah, a Christian organization dedicated to rebuilding the lives of men impacted by drug and alcohol addiction. Donations may be made at:
