My dearest Drexel,
We met on the road, two truckers bound by miles, stories, and laughter. Our friendship was a gift that brought so much joy. We shared so many moments- the late-night talks and the laughter over meals at truck stops, the thrills of the open highway while blasting our favorite songs (Maze) over the CB radio and laughing until our sides hurt over stories only, we understood.
After your accident, I was by your side, helping you heal and through that time, our connection grew even deeper. We shared deep conversations about life, family, dreams and through it all, our
bond only grew stronger. But it was the times traveling together, sharing meals, holidays, and simple moments with your mom, brothers, and friends that made everything feel even more meaningful, and the strength of our friendship became even more evident. Even though we had our ups and downs, what made our bond truly special was the real friendship we shared-one built on trust, loyalty, and countless unforgettable moments. All those moments are etched in my heart forever. Though you are no longer here, your spirit rides with me every mile. Your love, laughter, and strength will never fade.
I will miss you always, my dear friend and I will carry your memory with me wherever the road takes me.
Love,

Your Girl,

Monica

From the age 19 to age 58 you have been in my life. No words to express the loss. Undeniable. You know and I know.

Son,brother,father,friend...
I can´t speak on Drex the son but I can say he didn´t play about his mom. Nothing was too good for his Julliet. I can´t say much about Drex the brother but I do know right or wrong he always had his brothers back and made sure they were always good. I don´t know a lot about Drex the father, but I do know his kids had the best of everything from Markell´s little league football equipment to the wardrobe and vehicles all his children wore and drove . Now Drex the friend I know much about. My friend was Christ like and by that I mean he might not have been there when you needed him but he was always on time. From making sure my son went to his jr high and senior high prom in luxury vehicles, to being the first to pull up and check on my mom when my sister passed away. My extended stay in the hospital Drex came through with a 5 piece chicken dinner from Frenchy´s when I complained about the food. We didn´t agree on everything like who was the best music group, Frankie Beverly and Maze or the Isley Brothers...... or who was the best at dominoes, of course it was me. But you couldn´t tell him that. At the end of the day we always kept it 100 with each other. There is a scripture that says " In all things give thanks for this is the will of God." I´m standing here today to thank God, Julliet and the Stewart family for sharing Drexel Stewart with all of us. Rest well my friend.

Wow! Drex, I'm not sure what to say in the face of such a difficult time. From the day you came home from the hospital after your accident. I knew that you would be a permanent part of our lives and family. It was an honor to have cared for you as you were recovering. You were more than just a friend to me. You were my brother- in- law. Your absence leaves a heartache nothing can heal, and your love leaves a memory no one can steal. Your beautiful soul is never going to be forgotten, just remembered with great love. You gave us so many memories to remember you. Your love becomes a memory, and your memory becomes our treasure. I ask God to surround our families with his perfect peace and love. May the peace that comes from the memories of you and your
love comfort us now and in the days ahead.
Resting Peacefully In The Arms Of Christ Jesus
Sincerely,
Your Sister-N- Law
