My dad mom and little me at the time would attend square dances at north Franklin fire hall. Always a smile on his face and a beat on the drum. RIP Bo.

Dear Patty, Dave and the rest of the Pryor family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all in the passing of Bo. What a treasure he was! I will miss him at the Legion and the DQ curl of his hair. He is a true Marine and fellow Veteran and won´t be forgotten. May God give you peace and the assurance we´ll see him in Heaven again someday. Love you all!

In the Fall of 1975 I was in nursing school at Washington Hospital. My dad had recently retired and my parents moved from Aliquippa, PA to Taylors, SC. Being so far from home it was obvious that I wasn´t going home on the weekends as did most of the students. I had played bluegrass music (guitar, banjo and mandolin) for a number of years. As I was practicing, Amy Reese (an upper class student) heard me play and asked if I´d like to audition for her dad´s square dance band. well I agreed and that´s where I met Bo. Needless to say, despite Hezzy wanting me to play square dance numbers in the key of F, as fate would have it, I was accepted in the band. That was the start of a great band and even greater friends. Hezzy, Bo, Web and Phil and I became "Hezzy Reese and the Circle 4".
Shortly after, Bo and his wife Patty opened their home and hearts to me, treating me like one of their own. Words can´t express what that meant to me being so far from home.
Bo´s kindness and genuine concern and love expressed to me was and is forever imprinted in my memory and heart. I thank God for bringing both Bo and Patty into my life. Know that Patty will be well loved and taken care of by your children.
Rest easy my friend and know that I will see you again for this isn´t the end. You´re my forever friend, and I WILL see you again. Love you.
