Dwyne L. Waltman

Dwyne L. Waltman passed away November 8, 2025, peacefully at his home in Dover, Delaware after a long battle with Huntington's Disease. He was born on April 11, 1965, at the Airforce Base hospital in Okinawa; He was 60 years old.
Dwyne graduated from and was a proud member of the 1984 class of Smyrna Highschool. He went on to have a lucrative career as a Master Electrician & Craftsman where he served the Delmarva area for many years. He was a dedicated father, husband, brother, son and friend. He spent his last days enjoying the company of his son Billy and his beloved dog Paisely. His family remembers him fondly as a funny charismatic man who was a closet artist, who enjoyed life in all the best ways he knew how, fishing, listening to music, absolutely loved the sound of a rainy day, and enjoying the company of good people. He will be remembered most for his quick wit, infectious laughter, warm hugs, and outgoing personality.
Dwyne is preceded in death by his parents Elizabeth Waltman & Charles F. Waltman Jr.; Older brother Charles "Chucky" F. Waltman III; Adopted brother Paul "Chip" Baker, and girlfriend Annie of Dover.
He is survived by his sister Lena Tilley and husband Johnny of Dover, brother David Waltman of Smyrna, sons William Waltman & D.J Waltman of Dover, grandchildren Jacob, Maddison & Luke of Dover. In addition to his immediate family, he is further survived by several beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family & friends reaching across the United States.
