Dylani Skye Williams, forever 3, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away March 10, 2023. She was born June 11, 2019, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Brittney Williams.
She is survived by her mommy, Brittney Williams, sister, Savannah Claire, grandparents, Charles and Marva Sims of Cordova, Tennessee; uncles, Johnnie Williams (Myisha), Brandon Williams, Joshua Williams (Bailey); aunt, Jonte’ Williams; cousins, Wesley Williams, Bryson Williams, and Taylor Dunn; great-grandmother, Frankie Jordan and a host of family and friends who will all miss her dearly.
Lani was a diva princess. She loved sparkly lights, dancing, patty cake and Elmo. She was a fashionista and donned several outfits every day. She always enjoyed a trip to Chuck-E-Cheese with her built in best friends, her cousins. She attended school at Pediatrics Plus in North Little Rock and loved her teachers and friends. Lani enjoyed road trips to Cordova to visit her Yanni and Pop Pop.
Lani had mastered the side eye and had the sassiest attitude of any 3 year old. Her sassiness got her any and everything she wanted; including out of school early and out of appointments and therapy! Her facial expressions told you everything you needed to know! Lani’s smile was contagious and lit up every room she was in.
Lani was strong, brave, and resilient. She went through more in her 3 precious years on this earth than many go through in a lifetime. She was resilient! Her smile and her sassiness will be missed deeply. Our hearts are saddened with her passing but her memory will always live.
Visitation will be from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Sunday, March 19, 2023, at Smith Sherwood Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Monday, March 21, 2023, at the funeral home.
