E. Biehn Obituary
Elaine brought joy and healing to others with her skills throughout her life. Her talents included singing, nursing, sewing, and sign language. Elaine was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who constantly found ways to serve and care for those around her. Her bravery and perseverance were inspiring.
Elaine is survived by daughter Janette Araya, son Vaughn Walter, and son Alan Biehn, as well as by grandchildren Daniel, Greg, and Lauren Araya. Elaine is also survived by brothers James, Willard, Arthur, and Frank Evans, and sister Sylvia Chandler.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 11:30AM-12:30PM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 329 N. Lewis Road Royersford, PA 19468. A celebratory service will follow at 12:30 PM. After that, interment will be held at Limerick Garden of Memories, 44 Swamp Pike, Limerick, PA 19468.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elaine's memory to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, https://www.michaeljfox.org/

As a child, I was mesmerized watching her sign in ASL. This led to an avid interest in signing myself. Certain hymns we sing in church have always brought Aunt Elaine to mind; now they will more so. Much love to you all.
