E. Marie McMullen, age 91 of Westland passed away on April 21, 2024.
Marie was born on February 3, 1933 in Obion, Tennessee to her parents, the late Clara B. (née Crouson) and Fred Covey. She is the beloved and devoted wife of the late Dale McMullen; loving mother of James Dale, Sr.; proud grandmother of James Dale, Jr. (Erica) McMullen, Robert (Dusty) McMullen, Kevin McMullen, Celia McMullen, and Shauna McMullen; great-grandmother of Gracie McMullen, Emily McMullen, Samantha McMullen, Joshua McMullen, Samuel Luke, Nathaniel Luke, Ayden McMullen and Emmanuel Luke and great-great grandmother of Greyson.
She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her sister Gail (Michael) Logan.
She is pre-deceased by her grandson Steven McMullen.
Above all things in life, Marie was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and blessed so much to also be a great-great grandmother. Her family was so loved by her. She taught all of them right from wrong and instilled in them to always be their best. She cared deeply for each and every one of them. And each child, grandchild, great-grandchild and great-great grandchild will always remember and carry with them the love she had for them.
Marie will be laid to rest alongside her husband Dale at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from 2:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held at Schrader-Howell on Thursday, April 25, 2024 beginning at 11:00 A.M.
