Earl Ehresman Obituary
Earl R. Ehresman, 82, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 13, 2024. He was born in Lafayette, IN on October 15, 1942 to Earl M. and Antonette Ehresman.
Earl graduated from Rossville High School, Class of 1961 and further attended Indiana State University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He was employed by Western Electric and the Indiana Department of Corrections, serving as a cost accountant. Earl married the love of his life, Katherine Rose (Frazee) Ehresman. They were married 48 years until her passing in 2014. Together they enjoyed going to the casinos, watching movies and loving their numerous pets.
Earl could best be remembered for his kind and caring heart; his willingness to help others and tuning into a Chicago Cubs game or cheering on the Boilermakers.
He is survived by his brother, Steven Ehresman; son, Chad (Melissa) Ehresman; and grandchildren, Addison and Campbell.
A service for Earl will be held at a future date. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park East.
