Earl Ray Lama, a beloved figure in his community, passed away on September 15, 2025, in Lancaster, Ohio. He will be remembered for his love of fishing and hunting, often found enjoying peaceful moments on his pontoon boat, relishing the tranquility of nature. His passion for these hobbies reflected his appreciation for life's simple pleasures and his desire to connect with the world around him.
Earl is survived by his son, Joseph Lama; his sisters, Linda Sellers and Beverly Ricketts; his brothers, Donald (Marjorie) Lamb and Roger Lama; as well as his sisters-in-law, Brenda Shook, Patricia Stacy, and Sandra Noice. He also leaves behind a cherished group of nieces and nephews who will forever hold him close in their hearts.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carolyn Lama; his parents, Boyd and Marjorie Lama; and his brothers, Randall and Larry Lama, along with his sister, Marlene Lindsey. The loss of Earl is not just a void for his family but for all who had the privilege of knowing him.
