Earl Robinson, Jr., age 81, of Cornelia, Georgia passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
Mr. Robinson was born on May 14, 1944 in Habersham County, Georgia to the late Earl Robinson, Sr. and Willie Mae Dill Robinson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his children, Bobby Robinson and Cassie Robinson; brothers, Mickey Robinson, and Larry Robinson. He retired from the Hall County School System after 18 years of faithful service, where he served as head custodian. Beyond his professional life, Earl was a true handyman who loved working with his hands. Whether he was fixing cars, tending to projects around the house, or simply enjoying time outdoors, he found joy in staying busy and being helpful to others. A man of simple pleasures, Earl was an avid fan of classic westerns and could often be found watching his favorite shows and movies. But nothing lit up his world quite like NASCAR, he was a devoted fan who never missed a race. To his grandchildren, he was simply known as “Grandpa”, a title he wore with pride and love. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and remembered for the warmth, laughter, and wisdom he shared so generously.
Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Glenda Masters Robinson, of Cornelia; daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and Todd Warren, of Cornelia; grandchildren, Travis Dhamers and Jessica Dhamers; sister and brother-in-law, Phyllis and Brooks Gauthier; and several nieces and nephews.
