Earle William Reuschling, 84, of Pylesville, MD, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Gilchrist Hospice Care in Towson, MD. Born on October 23, 1940, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Walter Lester Reuschling and Ida Laura Jones Reuschling. He was the beloved husband of 62 years to Kathleen Helen Albert Reuschling.
Earle was a proud veteran of the United States Marines. He worked as mechanic in the automotive industry for many years. He was an all around handy-man that couldn't sit still. He enjoyed working on cars, gardening and going on walks with his wife. He also had a black belt in Taekwondo. Earle loved animals, especially German Shepherds, and would often go on hikes with his past beloved dogs. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Surviving him in addition to his wife are children: Steve Reuschling, Tod Reuschling and wife Amanda, Kellie Hammersmith and husband Kyle, and grandchildren: Ryan and Peyton Hammersmith, and Benjamin and Anna Reuschling. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Earle was predeceased by his siblings: Rev. Walter Reuschling, Raymond Reuschling, and Evelyn McManus.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, January 29, from 3-4 pm, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD, where a memorial service will begin at 4 pm.
Interment is private.
Arrangements are by the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., Owings Mills, Maryland.
