Eddie Curtis Obituary
Services for Eddie Dwayne Curtis, 56, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Bartley Funeral Home, with Sis. Delana Wheeler and Bro. Homer Morgan officiating.
Interment will be in Starr Cemetery.
Eddie passed away February 11, 2026, in Tyler. He was born June 5, 1969, in Grand Saline, to L.C. and Charlotte Stone Curtis. He was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Vonda Chitty Curtis, and grandparents, Jim and Addie Stone and Ella Curtis.
Survivors include his parents, L.C. “Junior” and Charlotte Curtis of Grand Saline; brother, Danny Curtis of Grand Saline; sister, Karen Means and husband Jeff of Fruitvale; nieces and nephews, Coltin Curtis, Danielle & Lance Fowler, Luke & Ashley Curtis, Laura Curtis, Randall Morgan, Jessica Thompson, Craig & Lisa Morgan, Mitzi & Taylor Vanwinkle, and Morgan & Dustin Soules; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Randall Morgan, Craig Morgan, Luke Curtis, Coltin Curtis, Cutter Morgan, Lance Fowler, Maddix Curtis, and Kyler Curtis.
Memorials can be made to Starr Cemetery Association P.O. Box 1162, Canton, Texas 75103.
Many thanks to the Martha House in Tyler for their love and care for Eddie over the last 9 years.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home on Wednesday.
