Eddie Dunkerson Obituary
Eddie was born December 8, 1947 in Caraway, Arkansas to the late John Henry Dunkerson and Leslie Marie Faust Dunkerson and grew up on the family farm. He was a 1966 graduate of Central High School in Caraway. He served his country proudly in the Arkansas National Guard. Eddie retired from GE after thirty-seven years. He enjoyed fishing, duck hunting and yard work and was an avid Arkansas Razorback sports fan.
He is survived by his wife, Ginny Dunkerson of the home; a brother, James Dunkerson (Marka) of Paragould and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Roger Dunkerson.
A graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2024 at McDaniel Cemetery with Rev. Thomas Argent officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
Lasting memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
