Eddie Lacy Sr

Eddie Lacy, Sr was born October 31, 1940, to the late Leon Lacy Sr and Ella Gage Lacy. He lived 84 years before crossing over to his heavenly home on March 30, 2025. He was a graduate of Batchelor High School. Eddie is survived by his wife Ethel Lacy, children; Patrick, Eddie, Jonathan, Raymond, Nicole, Sonya, Kimberly, Shantell and a host of brothers, sisters, grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces, nephews, godchildren, other family and friends. Preceded in death by his son Jerome Polk. Family and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, April 5, 2025, for 10:00 a.m. at New Mount Era Baptist Church, 2519 S. Prieur Street, New Orleans, LA 70125. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Reverend Claude Mitchell, officiating.
