He is survived by his children Penny (Paul) Harriger, Eddie (Pebble) Rose, Joni (Ben Rinehart) Retton, Daniel Rose, and Katy (Howard) Palmer; his siblings Kathy (David) Swartz, Justin Rose, and Crystal Rose; thirteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth Rose; his parents Lowell and Mary Rose; his brothers Robert Rose and Ervin Feagin; his daughter-in-law Shannon Rose; and his grandson Dominic Palmer.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield. Services will take place at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Jason Rose officiating. Burial will follow at Mansfield Cemetery.
