Edita Labuac Jessee, age 74, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2025, in Cabot Arkansas. Born on September 29,1950 in Magallanes, Basey, Samar Philippines, Edita was a beloved mother, Lola and a cherished friend to many.
Edita graduated from Aurthor's Beauty School with a degree in Cosmetology and went on to serve her client's cutting hair for 35 years. She enjoyed shopping, playing cards and singing karaoke in her free time.
Edita was preceded in death by her parents Dionesio Centinaje and Claudia Labuac, several brothers and sisters, her husband John Jessee, sons Terry Hudson, Thomas Hudson, daughter Tina Coffman, and grandson Brandon Hudson.
Edita is survived by her son Walter Walker (Dana), daughter in law Gina Hudson, and Step son James Jessee, grandchildren Shane Hudson, Christopher Hudson (Michelle), Tyler Hudson (Karly), Madison Finder (Ben), Robbert Colton (Rebecca), Chyanne Colton (Kenneth), Tom Colton, Russell Colton, Logan Neal-Walker, Joshua Beasley (Emily), Andrew Beasley (Madison), David Beasley; great grandchildren Izabella and Issac Harris, Samuel, Myah, and Cali Colton, Jazzmine and Huey Grimes, Hunter and Claira Beasley, Ellanor Beasley, and Emmanuel Hudson. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all who were touched by her kindness and generosity.
A service to celebrate Edita's life will be held at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville, Arkansas on May 30, 2025 at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
