Publish in a newspaper

Edith Anne "DeeDee" Cason of Washington, DC met back up with her beloved Wally E. Cason on September 12th, 2025. Dee was born in Washington, DC on March 23rd, 1943 and spent her life in Washington, Florida, and North Carolina, eventually settling in Fort Mill, SC. She is survived by her daughters Leah, Lorrie, and Beth; grandchildren Ashley, Brian, Forrest, Luke, and Jessica; great grandchildren Addison, Alisanne, and Salem; and an extended family including Larry, Jade, Big Brian, Dwight, and Dale.

Dee enjoyed music and art, crafting and crocheting. She and Wally spent their time crafting love songs, drinking coffee, and talking long into the night. She loved socializing and sharing her life with others when she had the chance. She was an engaging speaker and loved to laugh. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were deeply important to her, and their successes and accomplishments were a constant source of joy.

According to her, the most important things she did were to bring three amazing girls into the world and find a love and partner with whom she could spend eternity.

If you're dreamin' of me like I'm dreamin' of you

Then I know what you're dreamin' of

If you're lovin' me like I'm lovin' you

Baby, we're really in love
