Edith LiCalzi Obituary
Born August 31, 1936, in Laurel, Maryland, daughter of Charles and Esther Souder. She was a longtime Maryland resident and worked for the United States Postal Service until retiring in 1992.
Bootie proudly raised six children and enjoyed summer vacations in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with her husband Ron, and extended family members. In addition to spending time with her family, she also enjoyed playing cards and spending time at the casino with her close friends and relatives.
Bootie is survived by her children Billy Rau, Jim Rau, Ricky (Lucy) Rau, Pam (Randy) Grooman, Wayne (Alana) Whitman, Kathy (Mark) Clark, stepsons Tony and Kevin LiCalzi, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many other loved ones. Bootie was preceded in death by her husband Ron LiCalzi and son Michael Rau.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 am with a service at 11:00 am, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1411 Annapolis Rd, Odenton MD, 21113
