Nancy Lee Abey Jarman (née Davis), age 91, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026.
Born on May 30, 1934, in Maryland, Nancy lived a life defined by creativity, dedication, and love for her family. She began crafting at the remarkable age of seven, a passion that continued throughout her life. As a talented seamstress for Heritage Crafts, she shared her skill and artistry with many. Her hands were rarely still, and through every stitch and every creation, she expressed both patience and joy.
Nancy was a proud and devoted member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 195 for over 50 years. Her long-standing commitment reflected her strong sense of community, service, and patriotism.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rena Davis and Lewis Davis.
Nancy is lovingly remembered by her sons, Kenneth Abey Jr. and his wife Debbie, Ronald Abey and his wife Linda, and Lewis Abey and his wife Lisa. She is survived by four grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Nancy’s legacy lives on in the many beautiful pieces she created and the traditions she passed down.
