Edna Duncan Neil 91 of Ft. Mill SC Passed away peacefully in her sleep at home during the early morning hours of Thursday January 23, 2025. Born on December 21, 1933 in Waynesville N.C., she was the daughter of Walter Duncan and Christine Duncan. Edna worked for Southern Bell and then with AT&T after a merger. After retiring Edna opened up her home and started caring for Foster Children, which she really seemed to enjoy. She is survived by Don Neil her husband of over 70 years, her children Charles Neil, Debbie Neil, Don Neil Jr. and Scott Neil. She is also survived by her Sisters Evelyn Frady (Waynesville, NC), Hilda Crook (Gainesville, Ga) and brother Wade Duncan (Waynesville, NC).
The Family will have a visitation to receive extended family and friends on February 1, 2025 starting at 2:00PM till 4:00PM at Palmetto Funeral home in Ft. Mill, SC.
