**Obituary of Edroy Hall, Sr.**
Edroy Hall, Sr. was born on March 9, 1949, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Isaac Hall, Sr. and Dean Welch Hall. He received his education in the Duval County public school system, attending R.L. Brown Elementary School and Matthew William Gilbert High School.
For many years, Edroy dedicated himself to his work as a welder at the Jacksonville Shipyard, contributing significantly to his community.
Edroy peacefully transitioned on August 13, 2025. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dean Welch Hall; father, Isaac Hall, Sr.; sister, Evangelist Harriett T. Smith; brothers, David P. Hall and Joe Thomas Edwards; and son, Edroy Hall, Jr.
He is survived by his loving children: Carlton Hall, Sue Ladale Hall, Demetrius Anderson, Derek Anderson, twins Antonio Hall and Antonia St. Levon, Sharicka Reynolds, and Shalisia Bell; sisters, Joyce D. Long and Carolyn Hall; and brothers, Isaac Hall, Sr., Napoleon Hall, Sr., and Bishop Dr. Lorenzo Hall, Sr. Edroy is also remembered by a host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who will cherish his memory.
