A visitation will be held on Monday September 23, 2024 from 3-7pm at Adolf Funeral Home, 2921 S Harlem Ave, Berwyn, IL 60402. Family and friends will gather on Tuesday September 24, 2024 for a 10 am funeral mass at Epiphany Catholic Church, 25th and Keeler, Chicago, IL. Interment will follow at queen of heaven cemetery.
Eduardo "Lalo" Castañeda de Oak Brook falleció el 18 de septiembre de 2024. Fue precedido en muerte por su esposa Amalia, y hermanos Ángel, Trinidad y Lucía. Le sobrevive su esposa María Sánchez. Padre amoroso de Eduardo Jr, Daniel, Edgar(Julie Anderson), Juan Carlos (Consuelo Venegas) Castañeda. Amado abuelo de Elena, Gabi, Eddie, Danny Jr, Cristian Castañeda, Isaac Castañeda Anderson, Olivia Valentina Castañeda. Hermano de Adolfo (Imelda), Jesús (María Elena), Salvador (Amelia), Jorge, Luis (Dolores), Tiburcio (Guadalupe), Ana María, Victoria Castañeda y Teresa (Emilio) Alvarado. Tío de muchas sobrinas y sobrinos
.Se llevará a cabo un encuentro el lunes 23 de septiembre de 2024 de 3 a 7 p. m. en la funeraria Adolf, 2921 S Harlem Ave, Berwyn, IL 60402. Familiares y amigos se reunirán el martes 24 de septiembre de 2024 para una misa fúnebre a las 10 a. m. en la Iglesia Católica Epiphany, 25 y Keeler, Chicago, IL. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio de la reina del cielo.

New years lunch his restaurant on Cermak and Austin with my future husband Senor Lalo picked up the tab added a bottle of wine wishing us a Very Happy New Year's. been going to his establishments for over 40 years. 26 and Pulaski was our the original.
