Edward William Biskup

Edward William Biskup, 92, of Houston and formerly of Cameron died Thursday, December 28, 2023 in Houston. Funeral services will be1:30 pm Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at St. Monica Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the St. Monica Cemetery in Cameron with military honors. Visitation will begin at 12:30 Tuesday, at the church with a rosary beginning at 1:00 pm.
Mr. Biskup was born December 13, 1931 in Cameron to Will and Ida (Ondrej) Biskup. He was a 1950 graduate of C.H. Yoe High School. While in high school he worked for Sharp Laundry. He served in U. S. Army during the Korean War. He married Frances Horelica on January 3, 1959. Mr. Biskup retired from Benjamin Moore Paint after 30 years of service. Mr. Biskup was a charter member of St. Jerome Catholic Church in Houston and a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his son, Paul Edward Biskup and by 5 siblings, Alfred Biskup, Robert Biskup, Agnes Hurry, Milady Vavra and JoAnn Mueck. He is survived by:
