Judge Edward Bledsoe of West Bloomfield was born February 20, 1947 in Saint Charles, Virginia, to Judge William and Narvel Lee (nee: James) Bledsoe. He died October 14, 2025 at the age of 78.
Ed is the beloved husband of 60 years to Sandra. Loving father of Kerry (Robin) Bledsoe and Dawn (John) Farmer. Grandfather of Matthew (Agata), Kaitlyn (Erika) and Nicholas. Great-grandfather of Aiden. Dear brother of Claudine Morgan, Carol (the late Donnie) Allum, Connie Ganos, Judy (Al) Applebaum, Wendel Bledsoe, Mike Bledsoe and the late Jimmy Bledsoe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Ed loved football and was an avid Lions fan. He enjoyed listening to music and reading books, "fixing things" and working on cars. He always looked forward to getting together with family and friends. Professionally, Ed worked as a meat cutter for over 40 years at various establishments and was a very active member of the Local Union 876.
Funeral from Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 340 North Pontiac Trail Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) Saturday 11 AM. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Waterford. Friends may visit Friday 1-8 PM and Saturday, 10 AM until time of service. Memorials to the family appreciated.
