Edward "Ed" Boger, 84, of Boalsburg PA, died Sunday, August 3, 2025, at home.

Born July 28, 1941, in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Paul and Margaret Boger. Ed is survived by Ann, his wife of 61 years. In addition, he is survived by his son, Brian and wife Dawn of Doylestown; grandson, Paul and wife Kris of Doylestown; and son, David and wife Lore; and granddaughter, Rebecca of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by his brother, Bob of Salem NJ and nephews, Tom and Don.

Ed graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1959 and earned a bachelor's degree in Art and Architecture from Penn State University in 1963. Upon graduation he served in the US Army in Germany for two years. He was employed for 30 years at Fischer and Porter in Warminster PA and retired as a manager of administrative services.

Ed was a member of Phi Kappa Tau while at Penn State and remained active with the fraternity and his brothers during his retirement. He was honored for his service by being inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2024. He was an active member of St. Paul's Methodist Church in Warrington PA. He and Ann raised their family in Warminster where Ed served as a little league baseball and soccer coach for his sons. He took pleasure in genealogy research and keeping in touch with relatives here and abroad. Ed and Ann enjoyed international travel. They retired to Boalsburg in 2015, where they enjoyed the easy access to Penn State's sports and cultural events.

Ed was known for his willingness to help others and was much loved by his friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers. He will be missed by many.
