Edward "Eddie" William Cain was born on September 14, 1941 in Portland, Oregon to Paul and Irene Cain. He died on September 2, 2025 at Bonaventure due to dementia.

Eddie grew up in Brooks, Oregon and graduated from Gervais High School in 1959. He spent the majority of his life in the Salem, Oregon area. Eddie served in the United States Army for 4-years, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, and received an honorable discharge. Eddie was a General Contractor. He had a great sense of humor and always stayed busy. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, and building.

Eddie is survived by his wife, Connie, his son Cody (Karen), his stepdaughter, Donna, and his stepson, Michael (Amy). He is further survived by his sister, Candi (Don). Eddie has 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Eddie was preceded in death by his father, Paul Cain, his mother, Irene Cain, and his daughter, Edie.

A Celebration of Eddie's Life will be held on October 18, 2025 at the Keizer Elks from 1:00PM to 4:00PM.
