Edward Lewis Campbell was an amazing person. He wasn't afraid to go on adventures. I met him on a cruise. My name is Hazel. I told him, "I'm going to see the world." I told him I wasn't getting off the boat. He said, "You're going to see the world and you're not getting off the boat?" We had a great friendship. God Bless Edward Lewis Campbell

I met Ed in 1986. We were stationed in Korea together. Ed talked me into helping at the MARS radio station on base and before long he had me learning Morse code and Ham Radio. Ed was like a big brother to me. I am very sorry we didn´t get to go to the Ham fest like we talked about. Ed was instrumental in me getting my ham ticket. He will be sorely missed. His bless him and his family. My prayers go out to you both. Ron Scannapieco (AC0O), Thanks Ed

I first met Ed in 2019 'on the air' and shared his love of the Ham Radio hobby. We hand many chats over the last five years and I will miss him very much.
