Sharon Reid Clark, beloved wife, mother, and respected REALTOR®, passed away

peacefully on October 20, 2025. She was born on December 16, 1945, in Detroit,

Michigan, and later made Kissimmee, Florida, her cherished lifelong home.

A proud graduate of Osceola High School, Sharon went on to build a remarkable

career rooted in service, integrity, and care for others. She married the love of

her life, Gerald Clark, on January 12, 1968. Together, they shared 57 wonderful

years of marriage filled with laughter, adventure, and devotion.

In 1979, Sharon earned her real estate license, beginning what would become a

distinguished 46-year career in real estate. She worked with Thompkins

Development, helping families find homes in Oak Run and Pine Lake Estates,

before she and Gerald opened Clark Investment Properties in 1985. Sharon was a

proud REALTOR® Emeritus with the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®

(OSCAR), a reflection of her lifelong dedication to the profession and her

community.

Sharon was known for her strong work ethic, straightforward approach, and

commitment to doing things the right way. She served on multiple local boards

throughout her career and was respected for her business expertise and deep

knowledge of the industry. Her guiding belief, "Never let your house own you-

you own your house," reflected her practical outlook and dedication to helping

others make sound decisions.

Beyond her career, Sharon and Gerald shared a love for travel, visiting all 50

states and exploring countries abroad. Despite her many adventures, her heart

always belonged to Osceola County, the place she proudly called home.

Sharon is survived by her devoted husband, Gerald, and their loving daughter,

Renee, who was the joy of her life. She was preceded in death by her beloved

grandmother, her mother Jeanne Marie Winston, and her stepfather Albert

Winston.

Sharon will be remembered for her dedication, compassion and the countless

lives she touched throughout her long and successful career.

Visitation for Sharon will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Monday, October 27, 2025,

at the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel, Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home with the

Reverend Cathy Thacker, First United Methodist Church of St. Cloud, Officiating.

Interment to follow at Osceola Memory Gardens, 1717 Old Boggy Creek Road,

Kissimmee, Florida 34744.

Her family invites friends, colleagues, and community members to join in

honoring her life and celebrating her many contributions to Osceola County.
