Edward, age 62, a proud United States of America Patriot and retired Electrical Planner at Entergy Waterford 3 Nuclear Power Plant, served in the U.S. Navy from 1981 to 1985. Honorably serving onboard the USS Saratoga CV-60 as an Electrician's Mate, he completed two Mediterranean tours standing as a Steadfast Forward Presence in defense of our Nation. His dedication and service will be remembered by all who knew him.

Edward is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Kristine Kelley Don-Jordon; son, Edward Don-Jordon V (Stacey); daughter, USAF Staff Sergeant Kelley Don-Jordon and her fiancée USAF Staff Sergeant Klinton Lew; grandchildren, Kain Landry and Sophia Don-Jordon; mother, Marilyn Don-Jordon; sisters, Myra Holland (Toma), Monica Reiff (Doug), Maureen Perez (Lou); brother, Eric Don-Jordon (Pam); along with numerous friends, cousins, nieces, nephews, and his Navy shipmates; also survived by his devoted best friend and shipmate of 44 years, Jim Scott.

Edward is preceded in death by his father, Edward Don-Jordon III; Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force and his in-laws, Richard and Lucille Kelley.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, The Wounded Warrior Project, or any charity to support our military veterans.

On Thursday evening, March 12, 2026, relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Visitation at the Chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, 12012 Hwy 190 W, Hammond, LA. from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

On Friday morning, March 13, 2026, a Final Viewing with Eulogies will take place at the Chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, 12012 Hwy 190 W, Hammond, LA. starting at 9:00 a.m., followed by the Funeral Service beginning at 10:00 a.m.

On Friday afternoon, in Slidell, Louisiana at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, starting at 12:30 p.m., Military Funeral Honors will be rendered, followed by interment.
