Ed enjoyed traveling all over the world to enjoy a game of golf with friends and family. He was a dedicated reader and was always educating himself whether it was about his golf game, current events, or work related.

Ed is predeceased by his oldest son, Sean Duffy. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Vespar (Towle) Duffy, his son, Quinn Duffy and his wife Courtney Duffy and granddaughter, Kiley Duffy, his daughter, Cian Duffy, his sister, Suzanne Duffy and numerous nieces and nephews.
