He is survived by his three children, Jessica, Edward and Amanda (Jay). Ed is also survived by his loving long time partner Zayda Sanchez-Tannebaum and her extensive caring family. Ed was the brother of Maureen and Henry Hunt. He was loved by his granddaughter Stephanie and great grandchildren Julian and Delilah. Ed is also the uncle to many nephews and nieces. Ed worked and gave his dedicated service to the city of New York through the FDNY retiring as a battalion Chief after the 9/11 event. He will be remembered as a wonderful, authentic, honest and caring man. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Edward, please visit our floral store.
