Edward J. Miller, Jr., "Eddie," 36, of Summit Hill, formerly of Hamburg; passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024.
Born in Lansdale, he was the son of Edward J. Miller, Sr., Warren Center, PA; and Darlene M. (Kerns) Miller, Summit Hill. He graduated from Hamburg Area High School in 2006. Eddie was last employed as a CDL Truck Driver. His hobbies found him to be quite the avid outdoorsman, enjoying everything from hunting and fishing to even kayaking. That aside he always had a passion for animals. In addition, he enjoyed reading in his free time, which lead to him being quite the conversationalist. He loved music of all types; festivals and concerts alike, which behind closed doors gave him a flare for his improvised karaoke. He was looked at as a father figure to many, as well as a role model too others. You could always find him in a crowd as he was the life of the party. Ultimately Eddie will be remembered as a charismatic, warmhearted person with a generous demeanor.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his siblings: Amanda E. (Barnes) Hollenbach, wife of Daniel J., Hamburg, Chad N. Andrews, Hamburg, Gabrielle S. Moss, fiancé of Shawn M. Lynn, Summit Hill, and Benjamin F. Miller, Warren Center; nieces and nephews: Anthony, Grayson, Hailie, Christopher, Skylar, and Aria. He is also survived by his soulmate: Justine E. Thompson; and her children: Gavin and Kameron.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 15, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street Hamburg, PA 19526 (off-street parking in rear). Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. A viewing will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 pm in the funeral home.
