Edward A. Perry known by Eddie also nickname "Papa Smurf" and "Eddie Spaghetti" 80 years old February 12, 2026. Passed at The Villages Hospice House The Villages, FL, surround by his wife family and friends. Edward A Perry born January 13, 1946, born in Fall River, MA. Attended school in Tiverton and Little Compton finished eighth grade, was a heavy machine equipment operator for Manny Pavo and many others.
He resided in Tiverton most of his life but moved to The Villages, FL in 2012 where he resided with his wife.
He leaves his wife Eileen Gomes; son Edward Perry, Jr who predeceased; daughter Rebecca Perry; grandchildren Adrionna Mulligan and Edward Perry 111. He also leaves his sister Elaine Geggatt and brother inlaw Roy Geggatt who predeceased him. Brother John Perry who predeceased him and sister inlaw Maureen Perry He leaves several nieces and nephews.
Eddie loved his old cars which he restored for years with his cousin Joe Mello, He was very proud of his Rat Rod which he showed at the Villages car shows. He loved dancing with his wife to the waltz and the two step. He loved bowling with all his friends and he had many. He will be missed by all.
Arrangements for services are to be announced later, In lieu of flowers family would like any donations to go to the Cornerstone Hospice were Mr Perry was given the best care.
