Edward Walter Reed II of Leesburg, Florida passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021 at the age of 75 years. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Edward W. and Miriam Reed. He proudly served his country in the US Army. He graduated college with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and went to work for Northrop Grumman, retiring in 2008. Ed and his wife, Mary moved to this area from Sykesville, Maryland in August 2014.
Ed was a great communicator. He loved his Lord and served as a Minister for many years. He loved working on his car. He also enjoyed cooking. Ed was a family man and enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren every chance he could. He was very passionate about living life to the fullest and enjoyed trying new things. He was working on writing a book. Ed always had an optimistic outlook. He had a kind, loving smile and he will live in the hearts of his family and friends, forever.
In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his wife Mary of 20 years on September 20, 2021 and his grandson, Christian Oliver in July 2019. He is remembered and will be dearly missed by his daughters, Nicole Myers of Leesburg, Katina Mullican of Maryland, Natalie McSherry (Greg) of Pennsylvania and Amy Madigan of Maryland; sons, Leo Myers, Jr of Maryland, Dale Reed (Roni) of Pennsylvania and Greg Reed (Alice ) of Virginia; as well as 22 grandchildren. A memorial ceremony will be scheduled soon. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.

I am sorry to hear about your dad´s passing. We worked at Northrop Grumman and Westinghouse. He was a great coworker and friend.
