Edward Root Obituary
Dennis was born in Flint, MI on May 13, 1944 to Edsel and Georgette Root. He proudly served his country in the US Army. He enjoyed spending time at the family cabin on lake Huron in his youth, playing cards, tinkering with electronics, and being outside in the sun. Dennis also loves spending time with his family and parrot.
He is survived by his children: Mike (Amanda) Root and Christa (Sean) Benner; grandchildren: Jeremy, Harley, Brie, Paige, and Sydney; sister, Jeanene Root; sister in-laws: LindaVargo, Denise Brooks, and Erin Moss; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah; parents; and brother, James "Mike" Root.
